All sessions at The Rosie Project are guided, ground-based, and designed to meet you where you are. No prior experience with horses is needed—just a willingness to slow down, be present, and engage in the process.

Reiki Healing Sessions

A gentle, restorative experience combining Reiki with the grounding presence of horses. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, reflection, and overall energetic balance in a calm, supported environment.
